  • Free Delivery: We charge flate charges (Rs. 150) delivery on all orders within Pakistan.
  • Delivery Time: Standard order delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak sale periods, please allow up to 8 working days for delivery.
  • Advance Payment: In circumstances where our courier network might be limited or for self-collection, we may request an advance payment to facilitate the delivery process.
  • Order Processing: You reserve the right to cancel your order before it undergoes processing. Once processed, you’ll receive an email notification containing your order reference number. Please note that we retains the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Product Representation: While every effort is made to ensure accurate product representation, differences in screens and lighting during photography might lead to slight variations in color or texture from what is displayed.
  • Return/Exchange Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days, subject to stock availability and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued, deducting any applicable delivery charges, for returned items.

  • Note on Damaged Garments: Please note, damaged garments are not eligible for exchange.
